Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, areas of interest, and message. Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification information through the form.
This website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider and form service may automatically receive limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and submission time, to operate and secure their services.
How we use information
Information you submit may be used to:
- Respond to your message or request.
- Coordinate volunteering, yard signs, endorsements, or community events.
- Share campaign information related to the interests you select.
- Protect the form and website from spam, abuse, or security threats.
How information is shared
Information may be available to Riley Bowers and people working on the campaign who need it to respond to you or coordinate the activity you requested. It may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or others.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a service provider that receives and delivers form data. Formspree's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably needed for campaign communications, volunteer coordination, security, and applicable recordkeeping. Some information may be retained longer when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact form, choose “General Support,” and begin your message with “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Cookies and tracking signals
This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies or conduct cross-site behavioral tracking. Because that tracking is not used, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site operates. Third-party services and websites linked from this site may follow their own privacy practices.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may use the contact form to request removal of information submitted by a child.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and reputable service providers to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or campaign's practices change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Questions or requests
Use the campaign contact form for privacy questions or requests. Include “Privacy Request” at the beginning of your message so it can be handled appropriately.
